I ordered an item as a Christmas gift, but it never showed up. This company is trying to pin the blame on Royal Mail, but it's clear they didn't even ship it out to begin with. I won't be using them again, that's for sure.

The packaging was lacking, which caused some parts to go missing during shipping. However, a replacement was sent out quickly—really good service!

Steer clear of this company! Their customer support is terrible; they hardly respond to emails or phone calls! They completely disregard their Returns Policy and pretty much ignore every message you send. I definitely won't be using them again.
